Data Deletion Request

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data held by Nanoliss / Linear Ventures or managed through the Business Operating Suite, please contact us directly using the steps below.

How to Request Deletion
Send an email to info@linearventures.in or support@nanoliss.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your full name
- Email address or phone number associated with your account or transactions
- Description of what data you would like deleted
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- We will verify your identity and, where the request concerns a BOS workspace, confirm that you are authorised to act for that company.
- Your personal data will be deleted from active systems within 30 days.
- We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
- Financial records: invoice and tax records that we are required to keep are retained for at least 8 years from the end of the financial year to which they relate, for records created on or before termination (in practice until the end of the termination financial year plus 8 years), then deleted. They are restricted to legal retention and are not used for any other purpose.
- Workspace erasure: if you are asking us to erase an entire BOS workspace, including its financial records, we must first deliver a complete export of the workspace’s SQL business records (invoice logo and payment QR files on request) and receive your confirmation that you can open it. Erasure then removes all tenant data and tenant-owned files within 30 days of a verified request.
- Data held by a BOS tenant: if you are a customer or employee of a company that uses BOS, that company is the Controller of your data. Please contact it first; we will assist it in responding.
Meta / Facebook Application Permissions
If you connected your Meta accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram Profile, or WABA) to our dashboard and wish to remove app permissions, you can do so directly by accessing your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → select and remove Nanoliss Business Suite / Linear Ventures.
